1. A fictional solo practitioner, T. Ferreira, runs the pass on a settlement agreement drafted for an invented dispute between Pell Logistics and a contractor, Ruiz Fabrication.
2. On the sample Mutual NDA, the pass raises the objections a careful adversary would: one-way confidentiality, an indefinite term, an automatic injunction that waives bond, and return mechanics with no clock.
3. Each objection is a finding with unranked alternatives; the attorney decides.
