Revise

Only the decided clauses move.

Decide the findings, then revise: the engine applies your adjudicated decisions, preserves every untouched provision verbatim, elevates to firm-standard protections where you approved them, and produces the next version with its own decision trail.

  • A revision starts from decisions on the record, never from a fresh prompt.
  • Untouched provisions are preserved word for word; the redline shows exactly what moved.
  • The revised version is a new version on the matter, exported only once approved.
  • Reject the proposed edit or reject the entire draft: two distinct acts, both recorded.

Work happens in the workspace — matter-bound, governed, and on the record. Sign in inside if you haven’t already.

What the desk does

A grounded first draft assembled from real exemplars and the clause library, with every election left to the attorney.

  • The clause library and state packs for the covered instruments; the grounded lane for the rest.
  • The required-facts and conflict gates before assembly.
  • The dual-engine program on request: two independent passes on the same pinned exemplars, reconciled with the divergences shown.

What the desk refuses

  • No governing state, no draft.
  • A document with no lawful exemplar lane and no library coverage is refused.
  • The draft is not for execution until the supervising attorney finalizes it.
  • Drafting without a valid governing state. Choose the governing state before drafting.
  • A "deterministic" label on a document the clause library does not cover. The draft proceeds on the grounded lane with the honest label.
  • Claiming a verified, state-exact document before the supervising attorney signs off. The attorney verifies statutory references against official sources and finalizes.
  • Entering the attorney engines without the licensed-attorney attestation, the conflict answers and every acknowledgment. Complete the attestation and the conflict screen; a flagged conflict is resolved by the attorney, not the software.
  • Running a paid desk without an active session, a trial allotment or a covering purchase. Sign in, use the trial allotment, or purchase the matter.
  • An estate instrument exported without its state execution-formalities appendix. Name the governing state; the appendix is generated from the cited rule.

Inputs

  • The document type, governing state and questionnaire answers (an answer may be marked unknown; a required fact stays required)
  • Optional attachments the run accounts for by name
  • The purchased matter, carried in the link and the browser context from the last desk

Outputs

  • The draft with its rigor label and the exemplar provenance
  • The candor report (untracked citations, prediction language)
  • Word and PDF exports with the execution appendix

Every output is for review until a recorded decision puts it in the record.

The three states every desk speaks

In the record
Decided, approved or verified, and written to the decision trail; it can be exported as the approved version.
For review
Produced by an engine or a person and not yet decided; generated is never approved, received is never reviewed.
Not cleared
Refused, blocked, unverified or unreadable, with the reason stated; unknown is never zero.
